Fashion Jewelry Set

Q.Today at lunch I stopped by the Polo store where hanging there was a RLPL suit (I won't describe it to prejudice anyone) and I was tempted to get it, but didn't, but may go again. Thing of it is that I am not sure how it will look on me until I have taken it to my tailor, altered it, and worn it somewhere "for real." So I am on the fence on this. Sometimes I fall on one side or another and regret it (Steel blue suit that gathered dust until being eBayed for only a 70% loss, or the linen jeans that were gone when I returned) and some I love (Navy linen suit that I got and the taupe-olive glen plaid trousers I thankfully didn't). So what has gotten you (now or in the past) on the fence? If in teh past, how did it resolve itself?

A.I went into this store where I don't usually shop, and was browsing on their jewelry department and felt in love with this necklace, bracelet set by a French designer. The jewelry was amazing. European jewelry designers, at least French ones, have a great eye for unusual color combinations. The whole set would have set me back around $240. Not the worse you can pay for French costume jewelry but still pricey. I still think about that set...and wonder if it's still there. It was just not a good time for me to be buying yet another jewelry set (I am a costume jewelry whore) This is a link to a different set by the same designer, isn't his stuff gorgeous? He is not well known here in the United States, so his stuff is hard to find. http://www.entretemps.com.au/man2.asp?frmManID=6
