Swavorski Crystal Jewelry

Q.My aunt (who asked me to post her questions regarding jewelry supply stores) works only with Swarovski Austrian crystal, sterling silver, and some 14 K gold. She doesn't work with finished jewelry, just basic supplies. Does anyone have any more suggestions regarding jewelry supply?

A.my wife and i work w/ Swarovski quite a bit and i work almost exclusively w/ Sterling Silver. The only supplier i've found for wire is Fire Mountain Gems. I can buy 25 foot spools for very little. (We're out of town for my sister's wedding so i don't have our catalogs nor am i online right now so i'm afraid i can't give more details.) We got most of our current Swarovski collection from Fire Mtn, but we now have MUCH less expensive sources. My wife has joined a Yahoo Group called Bulk Bead Buying on behalf of our company. BBB go in together a buy large quanties of beads and and stuff in huge lots. If i remeber correctly my wife said they're getting Swarovski for 3.7 cents per bead. Does your Aunt have a EIN/Tax ID? If so, my wife recommends she look to Merchants Overseas. She says she can get Swarvoski for 3.7 cents each that way (we've just applied for our EIN...). You may need a username/password to view the site (i assume that will be provided once they've verified that you have an EIN).
