Q.How do you make a living, what are your skills?
A.As a Yogi and a Sikh, I believe that we must earn our own living, not rely on our students or congregation. Otherwise, your judgment may be skewed because of your allegiance. Thus, I’ve been in the wholesale jewelry business for many years. In fact, I leave for Las Vegas tomorrow morning where the biggest wholesale jewelry show is held this week. I also teach yoga, Sikhism, and spirituality and counsel many along this path. I say this in all humility, but you asked, my skill is that I am God’s man, I love him, I represent him, I serve him and he does the same for me. Here’s what I believe: I may be the worst person your know, but if God loves me, I have the good sense not to argue. His love has changed me and I serve out of that grace.
